Hospitality Designer (7–10 Years Experience)

BHDM is seeking a Hospitality Designer to lead concept development and execution for boutique hotels, restaurants, and multi-family amenity spaces. This role requires project leadership, design direction, sourcing, specifications, and development of custom FF&E and finishes, consultant coordination, client management, oversight of budgets and project execution; a balance of design vision and technical expertise.

We’re Looking For:

  • 7–10 years of professional experience in hospitality design (restaurants, hotels, multi-family)

  • Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture

  • Proficiency in hand sketching and 3D visualization

  • Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite

  • Strong portfolio of hospitality or related experience

  • Strong FF&E and materials knowledge, with an eye for brand-driven storytelling

Senior Residential Designer (7–10 Years Experience)

BHDM is seeking an experienced Senior Residential Designer to lead high-end residential projects from concept through completion. This role requires creative leadership, design direction, client management and oversight of budgets and project execution.

We’re Looking For:

  • 7–10 years experience in high-end residential design

  • Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture

  • Expertise in FF&E, sourcing, and custom design

  • Advanced skills in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite

  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities

Residential Designer (5-7 Years Experience)

BHDM is seeking a motivated Residential Designer to join our growing team. This role involves assisting with all phases of residential projects, from concept to installation, with a focus on sourcing, presentations, vendor coordination, procurement, and project support.

We’re Looking For:

  • 5-7 years experience in high-end residential design

  • Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture

  • Strong FF&E knowledge and sourcing experience

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and ability to manage multiple projects
